United in Protest

Thu Sep 28, 2006, 10:38 AM
People join me. I recently read this article at this site: [link] It was about something terrible, so unspeakably terrible that I shudder to mention it. Guess who's coming to dinner...the government. They would tell me and everyone else what and what not to eat. Make no mistake, this is only the beginning...that is why it must be stopped, here and now. As individuals we have the right to eat whatever we want. Let us join together to keep the government out of our kitchens. Thank you for listening.

Hooray, I'm amassing a small army to fight this injustice. I've decided that if they ever ban fatty foods, I will get the fattiest food I can find, and I will eat it in front of the White House!:D

The government is becoming too big. They're acting like they're our parents. It's almost like something Plato [is that right?] had said about how governments should control people. It's been over 1000 years. We should know better.

Darn right, but the average person is too incompetent or afraid to do anything about the government...one person can make a difference!:)
