You definatly are getting better - if you want some suggestions i'll give them:) Overall it is good and i really like the skirt with the ripples in the fabric but 2 things are a little off - 1) the cloak is to stiff. i would erase the bottom and make it more free flowing like you did the skirt and 2) proportionally her legs are to small - all you need to do with that is just extend her skirt a little longer. Always remember that the forearm is the same length as the upper arm and those are the same length as the legs.:)

Hm, it's hard to tell...I think that the legs should make up approximately half of the height of the person, am I right? Yeah, they're a little shortish, but I don't think it's too noticeable. And the cloak is supposed to be stiff...how else would it provide a +2 to armor class!
